Description
In the world of information overload, it is often hard for high school students and college students to wade through all that comes at them to clearly communicate their strengths, skills, experience, aptitudes, personality characteristics, and values and determine how these fit into planning their next steps.
Ms. Spraetz administers assessments, provides feedback, and conducts career exploration to help them make confident decisions in identifying and exploring college majors and/or future career paths.
Ms. Spraetz meets with each student individually to review the assessment results and then guides students through an exploration of potential careers which will result in a finalized list of three to five potential career matches. She provides an Action Plan and 30 and 60-day follow-up phone sessions to check in and update the Action Plan.
